Join SUP World Champion Candice Appleby for a one-day mini retreat in beautiful Marina Del Rey, the home of Pro Sup Shop.

In this one day retreat you will learn valuable skills and drills to help you become a more confident paddler and better racer. With over 15 years of competitive experience, multiple SUP World Titles, and over a decade of SUP coaching under her belt, Ocean Academy’s Candice Appleby is sure to help you prepare to tackle your SUP goals for the season ahead.

Topics include: Proper stroke technique, paddling straight, drafting, footwork, turning and race course management.

Equipment is not included in the retreat.

• Racing SUP boards are recommended, but touring boards are also welcome.
